Our SHINE MANAGEMENT children are skilled, enthusiastic and show great commitment.
All our clients have been professionally handpicked for representation and are full members of the SPOTLIGHT. Our clients are currently being trained to work in a professional manner and are regularly involved in Shine Time dance, drama, singing and musical theatre weekly classes and workshops. Our clients also train privately in LAMDA Acting and Musical Theatre where they are encouraged to reach their full potential.

I had never done any acting until I started LAMDA lessons with Laura when I was 7. I found memorising the speeches really hard at first but Laura had a way of helping me believe in myself and give it a good go. So despite having dyslexia, I’ve finished the LAMDA solo acting exams and am taking the musical theatre and Shakespeare exams and am considering acting as a profession! Thank you, Laura, for seeing something in me that I didn’t know was there!
